“Make it happen” is not only the motto at The Lab Ideas, it is also Pablo´s motivational driver.

Pablo’s career is built on the intersection of marketing, television and psychology. His strategic insights, creative mind and dedication to personal service add value to our clients every day.

Pablo has led strategic and creative campaigns for top global brands, as well as spearheaded the production of acclaimed television shows. Today, he leads an inspired team of multicultural, creative professionals who make the agency unique.

The Lab Ideas was founded in 2005.

Our mission is to help clients be successful. We believe big ideas make all the difference. They help our clients sell more and communicate with stronger impact.

Our priority is our clients´ business growth.

Our agency was founded in 2005, on board a power catamaran. The philosophy from day one was to spend every day doing what we love most: helping our clients be the best they could be, providing creative solutions, and offering personal service like no other. We brainstormed while navigating the inspiring ocean and came back with fresh ideas. These very ideas attracted trailblazing companies, such as HBO and Sony Television, as our first clients.

Today, we maintain that same creative and entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with years of experience and results. We look ahead with tremendous anticipation, curiosity and commitment to keep reinventing the future of our client’s  communication needs.

We are very grateful for all of the opportunities we have been given since our launch in 2005. As a result, we have always been committed to giving back to our community.

Every year, we hone-in on a cause, close to our hearts, and offer our services through pro-bono work. We volunteer our ideas, time and resources to support various community programs that provide for people in need. Some of our collaborations with non-profit organizations include, Children’s Trust, Operation Smile, Caring Hearts and Hands on Miami. We have helped develop their communication campaigns to raise awareness, increase fundraising, and encourage people to take action.
